Order Referrals to Specialists

Patients of our practice can order up to three referrals to a specialist. As a patient in our practice, you can pre-order online referrals for collection in our practice. For certain referrals, it is necessary to contact your doctor previously. Please ask for an appointment.

The insurance card must have already been verified in the current quarter or be presented when the “referral” is picked up.

The referrals are deposited for you in the practice from the day after the order is placed, if we have received the order by 3 pm. We also send the referrals by post, as long as that you have previously deposited the required postage in the practice and the insurance card has been verified in the current quarter.
